A typical Conveyancing quote for a property purchase at £150,000 from us would be:

  1. Our costs £700.00 plus VAT
  2. Our storage costs £100 plus VAT
  3. Bank transfer fee £18 plus VAT per transaction
  4. Our costs for completing Stamp Duty Form £200.00 plus VAT
  5. Stamp Duty itself would depend on your circumstances and this would be confirmed upon initial instructions
  6. Official Search £3.00 & Bankruptcy Search £2.00 per person.
  7. Searches (Local, Drainage, Mining, Environmental & Chancel Insurance £270.10 – £310.00 depending on where the property is located)
  8. Land Registry Fee £95.00
  9. If the property is leasehold there would be a Leasehold premium of £250.00 plus VAT in respect of the further work. There would also be further disbursements which would be notified to you.

For a sale transaction items 4-8 above would not apply however there would be additional Land Registry disbursements of approximately £6-£12.
